About the service

I Beauty Card is an online marketplace and profile platform that helps visitors discover and connect with independent professionals and companies. Features may include public profiles, services, reviews, referrals, booking requests, applications, promotional email tools and account dashboards.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, I Beauty Card is not the provider of services listed by third-party professionals or companies and is not a party to agreements made directly between users and those providers.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Updated terms take effect when posted, unless a later date is stated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Changes will not retroactively alter disputes that arose before the update where prohibited by law.

Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate, current information and be legally able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Professional and company memberships may require a recurring or annual fee. Applicable price, billing period and renewal information should be shown before payment. You authorize the disclosed charge when completing a purchase.

Professional and company responsibilities

• Keep identity, qualifications, contact details, availability, services and prices accurate.
• Hold any licenses, permits, insurance or authorizations required for offered services.
• Respond to booking requests and communicate cancellation or refund rules clearly.
• Use client, applicant and referral information only for legitimate, permitted purposes.
• Comply with employment, consumer, privacy, advertising and other applicable laws.

Bookings, payments and third-party services

A booking request is not guaranteed until confirmed by the relevant provider. Prices, availability, deposits, cancellation terms and service quality are controlled by the listed professional or company unless I Beauty Card expressly states otherwise.

External booking links, payment processors, cloud-storage links and social networks are third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. Use them at your discretion.

Reviews, referrals and communications

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience and must not be misleading, abusive, discriminatory or submitted in exchange for an undisclosed benefit. We may moderate or remove content that violates these terms.

Promotional email tools may be used only for recipients who have provided appropriate consent or where another lawful basis exists. Users must honor unsubscribe requests and comply with applicable marketing laws.

User content and license

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant I Beauty Card a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote and improve the service. This license ends when content is deleted, except for reasonable backups, legal retention and content already shared with others.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content and that it does not infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use the service to:

• Break the law, commit fraud, impersonate others or provide materially false information.
• Harass, threaten, exploit or discriminate against another person.
• Post obscene, defamatory, infringing, malicious or privacy-invasive content.
• Send spam, scrape data, distribute malware or interfere with platform security.
• Reverse engineer protected parts of the service except where the law expressly permits it.
• Collect or misuse sensitive personal, applicant, client or payment information.

Content moderation and account action

We may investigate suspected misuse and remove or restrict content or accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, respond to legal requests or maintain platform safety. Where appropriate, users may contact support about an action.

Intellectual property

The I Beauty Card name, branding, software, page design and original platform content are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership. Limited personal use of the service does not permit resale, copying or commercial exploitation of protected content.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific business results, the accuracy of every user submission or the quality, safety or legality of third-party services.

Users should independently evaluate providers, services, qualifications, pricing and external links before making decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, I Beauty Card and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data or losses arising from third-party conduct. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify I Beauty Card and its affiliates from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, your content, your professional services or your violation of these terms or another person's rights.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security risk, nonpayment or legal necessity. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers and limitations—will remain in effect.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law applicable to the entity operating I Beauty Card, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Before formal proceedings, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve concerns through support.
